"Arise and be about your Father's business."
"Arise and be about your Father's business." This seven-word directive released from the heart of God to Dr. Kathie Eads in 1998 was the creative catalyst that gave birth to Rising River Ministries, Inc. Since that time, the Lord has continuted to enlarge and advance the ministry mandate from which all our ministry activities flow.
OUR PHILOSOPHY

/ OUR FUNCTION
Rising River Ministries is a prophetic-teaching ministry that functions as part of the five-fold leadership team Christ gave the Church for the purpose of training and equipping the body of Christ. Our heart is:

To see all Christ-followers mature in the Faith and in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ;

To establish Kingdom culture in hearts and minds; and,
-
To awaken God's children to their royal identity and royal purpose in Christ.
We endeavor to accomplish this mission by co-laboring with church and ministry leaders to offer spiritual training from a prophetic stream that stimulates and promotes spiritual growth and development.

/ FRUITFUL CO-LABORING
"I planted the seed, Apollos watered it but God made it grow. The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building" (1 Corinthians 3: 6, 8-9).
We believe that God has called us to co-labor in ministry with other five-fold leaders to promote and support spiritual training and the maturing of the Church; and to unify the body of Christ for the advancement of God's Kingdom. As we do our part, God will make it grow and produce the fruit of the Vine.

/ UNITY IN DIVERSITY
"WE ARE ONE."
In a world polarized by religion, culture, race, gender, class, and a myriad of other things, Jesus prayed, not only for His disciples, but for unity among the diverse peoples of the world that would believe in Him (John 17).
Unity among Christ-followers is a beacon of light in a dark world. Being one with God and with fellow Christ-followers shines forth a message of redemption and reconciliation by which those who are searching can find their way back to God.
The message unity projects is that God loves the world and that He was sent from the Father to make a way for them to return to God. ". . . May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me." (John 17:23 NIV)
Therefore, we choose to fervently pursue unity in diversity by promoting and engaging in true biblical community* that we, the body of Christ, may be ONE.

/ OUR ROOTS
"I was cast upon You from my very birth; from my mother's womb You have been my God" (Psalm 22:10, AMP).
Rising River Ministries grew out of the roots of Dr. Kathie Eads' personal relationship and pursuit of God. She explains, "He has been my God from the beginning. . . As a young girl when it was spoken to me prophetically that from mother's womb I was called to speak the oracles of God, I knew in my spirit it was true. Holy Spirit leaped within me and the call of God ignited and has been burning ever since."
"Raised in a Holy Spirit filled pentecostal church, we expected the gifts of the Spirit to operate and they did. We saw the supernatural manifestation of God's presence among us in many ways. Healing miracles happened at times as the Word of God was preached," she shares.
This was the fertile soil that developed Dr. Eads' spiritual roots and, subsequently, the roots of Rising River Ministries.

/ OUR MINISTRY MANDATE
"To strengthen and establish the Church in Kingdom Life through spiritual training, strategic counsel, prophetic impartation and activation."
It is our privilege and responsibility to live the Kingdom life right here, right now as sons and daughters of the King, fully engaged in our Father's business as His image-bearers and vessels of His glory in the earth.
Let us arise and be about our Father's business . . .

/ OUR FORWARD VISION
". . . His purpose was to create in himself one new man . . ." Ephesians 2:15.
To see the One New Man arise in the earth perfectly aligned and fully unified in form and function under the headship of Christ. (Ephesians 2)
To see the glory of the knowledge of the Lord cover the earth as the waters cover the sea. (Habakkuk. 2:14)
To see the kingdom of the world become the Kingdom of our Lord and His Christ. (Revelation 11:15)
